Numb3rs: TV Show Algorithms

The Beginning of the Numb3rs Saga: The Pilot Summary

When several women are found raped and killed, Don askes his genius brother Charlie to help find the killer. Charlie must gain the respect of his brother's team though. They like him, but they are pretty unimpressed when his first 'killer-finding algorithm' pinpoints a local stadium as the perp's home. The murders continue, and Charlie becomes increasingly frustrated at the fact that the math isn't working. Finally, he comes up with a revised equation that sends the agents to the home of one Roland Haldane. While talking to Haldane, Don becomes convinced this is their perp and while looking at the bottom of a knife discovers the marks the rape victims have been branded with. Terry is looking around outside and discovers a fourteenth victim; she is suffocating but still alive when Terry finds her. Roland is shot by Don when he tries to get away. Then Don lets Charlie know that his equation was right, since Roland had moved out of the old neighborhood a few weeks back.

Prison Break actor charged in fatal LA crash

Actor Lane Garrison, who played an inmate on the hit TV show Prison Break, was charged Thursday with vehicular manslaughter in a car crash that killed a 17-year-old boy and injured two girls.

Garrison, who was charged with driving under the influence and giving alcohol to a minor, could face more than six years in prison if he is convicted.

The 26-year-old actor, whose character David "Tweener" Apolskis was killed on the popular Fox TV drama this season, was ordered to appear in court for an arraignment later Thursday. Prosecutors say they will ask a judge to hold him on $200,000 bail.

Prosecutors say Garrison had a blood-alcohol level nearly twice California's legal limit when he crashed his sport utility vehicle into a tree in Beverly Hills, killing 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and injuring two 15year-old girls.

Without A Trace: Re-runs Find TNT

WITHOUT A TRACE is a riveting drama about the New York Missing Persons Squad of the FBI. The sole responsibility of the special task force is to find missing persons, by applying advanced psychological profiling techniques to peel back the layers of the victims' lives and trace their whereabouts in an effort to discover whether they have been abducted, been murdered, committed suicide or simply run away.

The team reconstructs a "day of disappearance" timeline that details every minute of the 24 hours prior to the disappearance and digs into every facet of the victim's life, following one simple rule: learn who the victim is in order to learn where the victim is.

Senior agent Jack Malone (Anthony LaPaglia), a tough but compassionate, seasoned and astute professional, heads the dedicated team that knows too well that every second counts when someone vanishes. His squad includes Samantha Spade (Poppy Montgomery), an agent whose blonde good looks belie a tough, complex approach to her work.
